Warped Wonders - Fusing Workshop

£130.00

NEW Workshop

Unpredictable, sculptural, and bold—embracing the kiln’s quirks - taking glass optics to a new level

Creating your own Warped Wonder is a captivating 3-stage journey:

Stage 1 – Learn how to safely cut and assemble glass, then explore the creative potential of stringers as you design your own optical fused glass tile. Your piece is then kiln-fired for its first transformation.

Stage 2 – Next, we fire your tile again to create an intricate, woven geometric pattern — rich with depth, texture, and mesmerizing visual effects.

Stage 3 – Now for the grand finale: a final firing that warps and shapes your tile into something bold and unexpected — whether it becomes a sculptural form, a decorative vessel, or a striking piece of art glass, it’s uniquely yours… a true Warped Wonder.

All firings take place in a kiln located off-site. The full process involves three kiln firings. You’ll receive images of each stage so you can follow the magical transformation of your final Warped Wonder.

Suitable for all levels — no experience needed. Just bring your curiosity!
